I never felt pressured by him and he didn't make it feel like I was at a typical dealership. I felt comfortable, relaxed and at ease that he was focused on helping me and not just making a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and Mateo is definitely an asset to the team at Harbor Nissan. I wasn't even worried about "haggling" prices or anything because, even if I were to find out I could have gotten a better deal, I believe that quality customer service and satisfaction are worth spending a few extra dollars. The art of service is often overlooked these days, but Mateo and the team that surrounds him did an excellent job. Thank you! More

Routine service and safety inspection Came in for routine service plus replace cabin air filter. My front bumper seemed to be a little loose and I asked the service advisor to have it c Came in for routine service plus replace cabin air filter. My front bumper seemed to be a little loose and I asked the service advisor to have it checked and he first told me that this is only express service and that I would have to make an appointment for the shop. All I wanted was for someone to shake the bumper while it was up on the lift and see if it was loose or not. He then said they could do that. As it turned out, there were bolts missing from the bumper support and they replaced the missing bolts at no charge. On the Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection completed by the service tech, he indicated "unable to Inspect" for the front and rear brake linings. These linings have always been inspected before, so how can you do a safety inspection and not check the brake linings? More
What a Pleasant Car Buying Experience! I was pleasantly surprised how painless it was to lease my new Nissan Maxima. Everyone at Harbor Nissan was so friendly but Nate Gray made the process easy and even fun! He was professional yet he had a great sense of humor. He explained my options in black and white and with a no nonsense approach, which I really appreciated!! He even taught me how to use all the cool gadgets in my new ride. Dan in financing was very knowledgeable and genuinely seemed happy to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot..haha). Amazing! To sum up my day BEFORE coming into Harbor Nissan, I would use one word...crappy. And thats putting it nicely. I'm going to leave another review for S To sum up my day BEFORE coming into Harbor Nissan, I would use one word...crappy. And thats putting it nicely. I'm going to leave another review for Sutherlin Nissan of Ft Myers. This is the first time I actually took the time to leave a review, because of how drastic my experience was between Sutherlin and Harbor Nissan. But for here, I will just speak of Harbor Nissan. To begin I emailed them on a Monday asking for a specific car. Nathan contacted me and asked me a couple questions about the car. (by the way this was on his day off). Very easy going, cool, nice guy. Said he would do his best to look for the Rogue I wanted with the trim level and specific features I wanted. I couldn't find it at all, so I was hoping he would have better luck. He called me back and couldn't find it but was going to get me a great deal on a different trim level with the features I wanted. Since I'm from out of town I told them I would come in on Saturday to talk about it. So we come in upset and tired from being at Sutherlin for about 7 hours. I felt a little bad leaving thinking we could have been nicer especially my mother. I talked to Nathan and pretty much just said everything Sutherlin was offering us and asking them to beat the price. He got his manager, the manager was extremely nice and said he would do his best to help us. He understood we were upset and tired. So he leaves and comes back, and beats there price by about $800. Maybe a little more. Sutherlin messed up so much that in the end the finance manager ended up showing us how much money they were losing on the car if they sold us the car for the price they offered. So I knew that if Harbor Nissan gave me a lower cost they were going to lose even more money. I assume they pay about the same amount for the same car. The manager said he was losing on the sale of this car but didn't want us to leave unhappy and wanted to change our mood around since we expressed the crappy service we got from Sutherlin. But from the beginning Nathan said they beat Sutherlin's prices 9 times out of 10. They were so nice and courteous there was no way I wasn't going to buy a car from them. And they were GENUINELY nice, not the fake kind where they just hope to screw you over while they are shaking your hand. We ended up signing and I was just so happy they helped us out so much. We were in and out in about 2 hours. The car even came with extra features they didn't even charge us for. On top of that, they way they show you the price is itemized, printed out including the taxes, tag, title. Not scribbled all over a blank piece of paper to try and confuse you and then add on the rest on top of the price you negotiated. I also found out they are the oldest family owned Nissan dealership in the nation. Fun fact. haha. I was just so happy leaving that place I had to leave a review for them. Honestly, if I were wealthy enough in the future I would buy a car from them again and have it shipped to California just so they get the sale. (I'm moving in Dec). Its hard to express how happy I am with this dealership and the service I got. Thanks again Nathan & Harbor Nissan! More
