I had a problem with my convertible top not fully going down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. The we’re going to charge me over $1600 to replace bands an down. The service tech lied to me about not being able to put it down without a computer. The we’re going to charge me over $1600 to replace bands and the top or just $700 to just replace the bands which would fix the problem. I looked it up on YouTube and fixed it myself for under $30 and 15 minutes work. I will never use this dealership again. More

Outstanding Customer Services I was shopping around for a Nissan Titan for over a year now. A few months prior, I was in for an oil change and inquired about the truck. After getti I was shopping around for a Nissan Titan for over a year now. A few months prior, I was in for an oil change and inquired about the truck. After getting a cold response and very few options, I left with just an oil change. When I received a letter from Harbor Nissan recently written by Mike Wolfe, I knew this was the right time to come back to Harbor Nissan. I have worked with and purchased several vehicles from Harbor Nissan because of Mike Wolfe. He is very honest and outgoing. Mike answered any questions I had and gave me several options of Titans to choose from. I love Nissan vehicles and Harbor Nissan almost lost my business to Nissan of Venice if it wasn't for Mike Wolfe contacting me! I would also like to credit Frank Celozzi in helping me with warranty and maintenance packages with the final signing of my finance papers! Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my new Titan!!
