The dealership is nice, service waiting room large with snacks, coffee and water. I spoke to customers who said service was good and efficient. Has not been a pleasure working with them, when I qualify for a discount the only put it back in with dealers paperwork fees, an then even tried to raise the price from 13,742 to over 17,000… with more deale for a discount the only put it back in with dealers paperwork fees, an then even tried to raise the price from 13,742 to over 17,000… with more dealer prepping fees! When was told the previous day it was only the 13,742 plus tax an tags. Needless to say, not much of GREAT buying experience....still in search for that. 2 weeks after original post we were able to work out a deal. Happy with the purchase...jus wish we could have got there sooner. Recommend talking to Frankie Hollywood, he's the real deal, no bull, and will get you what you need! More
