Sale went fine followup was terrible I purchased a new 2019 frontier in January and the day after I went back to the dealership to get it detailed and brought a friend with me. She Bough I purchased a new 2019 frontier in January and the day after I went back to the dealership to get it detailed and brought a friend with me. She Bought a used vehicle and I was informed that I would be paid a finders fee because I brought her in. It has been almost 3 months since the sale, I have contacted them several time about this and they have not returned my calls nor have I received mt finders fee. In addition the friend who bought the car was suppose to get a second set of keys for the car and she is getting ignored as well. This leads me to believe that once this dealership gets your money for the sale that's all they want to do with you. I would not suggest you buy from this dealership. 4/23/2020 Kelly Baxter contacted me about my review and was able to get me the referral fee check and asked that I contact my friend who bought the used car and ask her to call. It seems that the salesman that did her sale did not put in the sales paperwork about the key fob and that that sales person no longer works for Harbor Nissan. I am a country boy and have always taken people at their word, a handshake seas the deal but it seems those days are gone because they could not find any paperwork in the sales folder relating to the key fob my friend is on her own. So my recommendation is get it in writing don't trust what they tell you. More

Finally, the finance man was very professional and on top of his paperwork. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Oh, and the 2019 Frontier is amazing! More
