Rip off! I tried to buy a vehicle out right from Harbor Nissan. The vehicle's advertised cost was $37,694.00. They ended up trying to charge me $43,598.25. Tha I tried to buy a vehicle out right from Harbor Nissan. The vehicle's advertised cost was $37,694.00. They ended up trying to charge me $43,598.25. That total included $1985.00 for Accessories??? It was a used Truck!!! I will never buy anything from them. Originally I had a trade in. When I was asked I had given them a payoff amount that was lowered after we made another payment. I asked if the price of my payoff would get me out the door at $42,000.00. I was told yes and made an appointment to go do the deal. 1 hour and a half prior to the appointment, the salesman called and said they needed to add $500 to the total to make it $42,500.00. I should of stoped there. I ended up selling my car over the weekend and asked how much would I be out the door now that there is no trade in. The salesman replied...for some reason its comming back higher!!! $43,598.25!!! DONE WITH THEM!!! More

Our salesman Matthew was awesome!! He was very patient, hospitable and definitely tried to jump through hoops to make it happen. Everything went pretty smooth for my second time around. I just wish I would’ve known about being rejected by loan office’s sooner though . I went back in after already taking the truck home & emptying out I just wish I would’ve known about being rejected by loan office’s sooner though .
