Gillian, that is quite an experience you have relayed. Our goal for every guest is to have an excellent experience. The two managers you spoke with have an excellent rating with all of our guests. I am sorry you feel as if you experienced something other. Leasing can be a bit confusing especially when other factors are involved such as negative equity. In most cases it is much easier to find the best solution for a guest when the guest is here in our showroom. As you know the 2021 Rogue has just been released from NISSAN Usa and is in high demand. We wish you the best in your car buying journey.

Well its you all LOST.Equity roll over was not the issues.The fact that one manager quit with no call back as stated over the weekend,with no fall up at all.Then another very disrespectful desk mgr, Mike stated who take the call arguing with me.Even got nerves claiming he good sales person.Yet, being nasty and rude to me.But, could not finalized the deal as a VIP loyality trade with my excellent credit and got money as well.Instead he decided to act stupid and release the call on me.Call back and he refused to come to the phone or apologized for his nasty rude ignorant attitude towards me.
