They lied to me and said my airfilter came apart and got sucked into mass air flow. I fixed it there thinking it was due tp previous $3700 transmission issue that was "fixed". Even though I spent 900$ for the current issue, they didnt even top up my fluids. They said in diagnostic report ITEMS PASSING INSPECTION WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID but the system was bone dry, I had minimal brake fluid. transmission fluid was low too. NEVER EVER take your car here!!! More

They connented me a nasty rude man name Mike very unpleasant, not really a nice pleasant voice to even to have a conversation with.Rebates that was advised to base on tge 2021 rogues of $1500 was dropped to $700 base on his #s.Then all of a sudden the payment would be higher as well.Too much changes and his trade in numbers was way off as well.Mike even got the nerves to hang up the on me and when call back Matt was laughing at me with Mike talking about me very rudely in the background with others.Mike was talking about how he wasted over 30 minutes on the phone with me and keep going on and on then Mike telling what he stated about speaker phone cut off the call. Yet, no call back and Mike complaining how long he was on phone with me.Remember Grady Wells was the person I initially was communicating with and was advise will get a call back when the direct color and 2021 came in which supposed to be yesturday.RUN RUN RUN the best listening ears are left never to be returned Mr Grady Wells.They are all heartless and very agruementive discussing customers with others rudely in background. Not to mention disconnected the call and no call back from the nasty so call manager Mike.This was a sign and very glad I never drive there and started no deal with them.Grady Wells the internet sales manager was the BEST and you will definitely want to buy your vehicle through the phone.Now they drive him away in such a very short time. Yesterday Jeff Wilkes helped me with my purchase of a used Cadillac SRX and trade in of my old SRX. This was probably the best and most painless car trade experience ever! I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone in the buying process, which was handled expeditiously. Jeff immediately developed a friendly rapport with my husband and myself and worked with us towards a win-win trade.
