Made the 600 mile round trip drive to your dealership yesterday to purchase the 2004 H2 Hummer that you had.for sale. I had been in contact several times with Tom Rusch prior to the purchase. He was GREAT in providing me pictures that he took where I asked him to send me the good and the bad. I told him that I did not want to see any surprises when I got there. Been retired over 30 years now from the Navy and I am a person that pays great Attention to Detail. So, being a detail oriented person, I realize it was time consuming.and he even helped me on Easter Sunday. Kudos to Tom. While there I met some very friendly members of your staff. Both in Sales, Support and Service. Steve Negoshian was also essential to my purchase as he took the time to take a short test drive and validated the same things I heard on my test drive with Tom. I am allergic to Auto Dealers. Spending 5+ hours negotiating a price, warranty, loan terms, and such things, besides being harassed by 15 salesmen at the parking lot, is something I truly avoid, giv negotiating a price, warranty, loan terms, and such things, besides being harassed by 15 salesmen at the parking lot, is something I truly avoid, given all my previous experiences...except the one at Harbor Nissan. Tommy and Bob did their best to accommodate the available inventory to my budget, also walked the extra-mile finding a better auto loan deal that would save me a lot of money on the long run compared to my Credit Union's pre-approved interest rate. It did not stop there. Although business hours are up to 7pm and we drove 40min to reach this place, my wife and I left the office at 9.30pm with a new car, a huge smile, and 2 new friends. This all about this place, making friends instead of sales, that actually makes the difference among ALL other places I have dealt with in the past. Everything went fine. Although there are finger prints on the rear bumper which I noticed this morning. And I did have to stay at the dealership from 9 am to 5 pm because the car needed update programing on the rear bumper which I noticed this morning.
