Most dealers would just send you on your way stating that's just tough luck buddy you own it now, not these guys, they hung with me until my situation was fully resolved. This is an unusual dealership, customer satisfaction is truly a priority. Things don't always go as planned or like you want but Don and Don will do what's needed to keep the customer happy. Best car buying experience in Brevard!!! I have bought over 15 cars and this by far was my best experience...I will never shop at a big dealer again! My 21 year old daughter was looking to bu I have bought over 15 cars and this by far was my best experience...I will never shop at a big dealer again! My 21 year old daughter was looking to buy her first car. After being mistreated at a big name dealer I went on cars.com and did a search. My search yielded 27 results so I filtered it by best deal. Harbor City Auto Sales had 2 Vehicles we were interested in. In the car description the owner left his personal cell phone number. Since it was after hours I decided I would call just to see if they still had a particular vehicle I was looking at. The owner Don was actually on vacation but took the time to speak to me and answer my questions. We arrived at the dealership first thing the next morning to be greeted by Chris. Chris was beyond amazing. He spent a great deal of time trying to get my daughter the best terms without having her credit run a million times. After the deal was done they offered to have her old car sent to their mechanic to have a few things done at their dealers cost as her sister was getting her old car. I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service we received. More
