At 77 years old I've had some experience with sales, service and customer support. I have never been more impressed with an owners personal involvement and commitment to resolve a problem than the owner service and customer support. They have assembled a highly qualified team that is focused on customer satisfaction. The car we bought, a 2016 Nissan Rogue was whistle clean, smooth running, new tires and a 30 day guarantee against almost anything going wrong. Three weeks after taking delivery a check engine light came on. It was triggered by a very small amount of exhaust gas imbalance in the recycled engine gases. It was fixed and a month later the light came on again. They replaced O rings, parts, sensors and even the gas cap. No cost. Problem completely fixed with the added comment "if anything else goes wrong bring it back!" Professional, courteous, and 100% committed to making sure the products they sell work! no if's buts or maybes. This company belongs in a class of its own. What a pleasure to deal with.
