Obviously since I gave a five star rating, I am extremely pleased. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Certainly not a luxurious ride, but it is exactly what I needed. For a 7 year old vehicle, it was remarkably clean with low miles. Being a 7 year old vehicle, I did expect there to be some issues. To me, what matters is how the dealership handles those issues when they arise. I can pleasantly say, Harbor City Auto was remarkable. No hesitation on their part; they took care of the three items that came up. The vehicle has been awesome ever since. So a big call out to Don Sr. and Don Jr. for your commitment to being a good, honest, dealership. Thank you Jerry for making the purchase easy and smooth.
