This is my second car purchased from Harbor City and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I pretty much picked the car from their website, filled out the credit application, and Rudy called me by 9:15 couldn't ask for a better experience. From the start I felt very comfortable with both Rudy and Paul. Both were very approachable and accommodating not to mention no pressure from either one about purchasing an auto. Found the truck I waned on the website. Great website! Went to see them late that night. Got a good deal on my trade-in. HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A 2004-2006 LEXUS LS430 FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS THAT WAS A CHERRY,AROUND 50K IN MILES AND LOADED IN A DARK COLOR UNDER $20K. I WAS GREETED AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES OF LOOKING AT ALL THIER NICE CARS BUT NO LEXUS. DON THE OWNER ASKED AND IT WAS NEXT DOOR GETTING THE OIL CHANGED AND WIPERS AS AN INCLUDED BONUS. THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE. HE SHOWED ME THE CAR...SPEECHLESS...I'LL TAKE IT!! I CAME BACK MONDAY AFTER THEY FOUND THE BEST FINANCING FOR ME ABOVE WHAT THEY HAD TO, BY USING THEIR GREAT CAR SERVICE FOR THE CUSTOMER. I WAS DONE IN 30-45 MINUTES AND THE CAR WAS WASHED AND VACUMED BETTER THAN MY LAST TWO NEW CARS. I WAS SO IMPRESSED I GAVE THE DETAILER A $5 TIP AND A THANK YOU. MAKES ME TRUST THE CAR AND THE BUSINESS WHEN EVEN THE SMALL STUFF IS COVERED. LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO FILL UP WITH GAS (FULL TANK)PART OF BONUS. I FELT BAD AS THE LEXUS HAS A 22 GALLON TANK...17 GAL LATER I WAS OFF WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND PEACE IN MY HEART. THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE BEST CAR DEAL AND SERVICE IN THE LAST 10 CARS. I was very pleased with quality and pricing on the truck I purchased. I interacted with everyone on the staff and all were friendly, willing to go above and beyond to assist me in my purchase although ther I purchased. After the purchase (as is/no warranty) they still fixed a couple of minor issues, which we noted the 1st couple of days after purchase, at no cost to us. We looked at vehicles from this dealer several times and noticed they only have clean, lower mileage vehicles. We just had to wait for what we were looking for. Once I went to Harbor City, my experience changed. They walked me through every step that I needed to take and even held the car for me while I was getting everything finalized. When I went to go get my car, they told me that they had at least 10 other people go and look at it but they did not sell it because I was so interested. Also, being a college student, they were very responsive to every question I had as well as my mom had about the car and the sale. I would HIGHLY recommend going to them, even if you are just looking! More

Harbor City Auto (Don) was recommend to me by local credit union. You can't do better than that in my book. My banker was right! I wanted to sell a car that I didn't need any more and my banker sent credit union. You can't do better than that in my book. My banker was right! I wanted to sell a car that I didn't need any more and my banker sent me to Don. Not the end of story!!! After checking my carfax Don found that milage on the report did not match what was on my car. My car had 9000 miles on it and the carfax and car tag agency had that I had over 61,980 miles on it. When I bought the car three years ago it had 6,198 on it. See what happened, and no one wanted to admit to their error. Don set out on a mission. A mission that took three weeks to unravel. Don did all the leg work for me and got it corrected. He called me ALL THE TIME with updates. The only sad part about this story is I don't need to buy a car at this time. So even if you are not buying but selling a car, Harbor City is the first and last place to go!!! Thank Don for being such an honest friendly place for us to buy and sell cars. I will be back !!
