You will not find a better car dealership than this one!!! I was looking for a very specific car, a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I came across Harbor City Auto Sales online and inquired about their Jeep. Rudy I was looking for a very specific car, a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I came across Harbor City Auto Sales online and inquired about their Jeep. Rudy, was very quick to get back to me about the vehicle, and even worked with me on my trade in and online application prior to driving 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. I absolutely HATE dealerships and car shopping. I feel like what should be a very fun, exciting experience turns into a nightmare due to most car dealerships. Rudy was extremely professional and helpful, without being pushy. He was up front with the numbers, which is something I very much appreciated. In past experiences, I have had the unpleasant experience with car salesman never wanting to talk actual numbers with me. Rudy went over each expense, line by line, so that I knew exactly what I was getting, without any hidden fees. I would highly recommend using Harbor City Auto Sales and Rudy if you are looking for a hassle-free experience. I experienced a minor issue with the vehicle I purchased and due to being 1 1/2 hours away, was unable to take it back to the dealership for it to be fixed. Don, the owner, personally called me within the hour of me notifying Rudy of the problem. He profusely apologized for my inconvenience and had me take it to my mechanic to be fixed. They 100% covered the issue WITHOUT me having to worry or call them to determine what the outcome would be. Their immediate reaction was "we are very sorry, and of course we will take care of this." I'm not sure about you, but I have NEVER come across another dealership that would have said this without hours of phone calls and asking to "speak to a manager." I would highly recommend Don, Rudy, and Habor City Auto Sales for your next vehicle purchase. The next time I am looking for a vehicle, this will be the place I start/end my search!! Please give them the chance to at least show you their vehicles and you can determine for yourself that car shopping car actually be fun again! More

Harbor City is hands down the best dealership out there!!! These guys are a 10 in my book. I didn't feel any pressure at all and being out of town I couldn't get to the dealership until after they had closed but Rudy waited for me with all the paper work ready to go. Buying a car and painless rarely go in the same sentence but Harbor City makes sure it does. Next time I am in the car market I will go to them first and would definitely recommend them to anyone. If you are out shopping for cars, stop by and check these guys out; I promise you will not be disappointed. The car I bought from them is in GREAT condition and I absolutely love it. The paperwork was completed and sales consummated in a short time. *A minor issue was discovered during test drive & the issue was resolved and corrected without cost to me. The guys at this place are simply great. Switched to a leather Mustang GT, but was conflicted going from automatic to manual transmission. I worked with Rudy the whole time, and he took time out of his day to take a drive with me to get me used to the feeling of a stick and make sure I was comfortable before we went any further. They even let me take the car I was interested in back to Vero Beach, where I live, to have it inspected by a mechanic. Everything went great. The car I bought was in perfect condition and well maintained by Harbor City. These guys break the taboo of buying a car. A very low pressure, easy to do business with family owned business that deserves its recognition. Will return to these guys again in the future for car needs, and will refer others!
