He seemed confident that we would come back to him after looking at some of his competition. And we did. These guys are the Real Deal! Wow, these guys are on the mark, I was there a few weekends ago and it just seemed like everyone was out shopping for cars. It was about 2 minutes before Rudy noticed me browsing through the lot and quickly introduced himself and then asked if I would excuse him while he finished up with some other customers. That’s the last I’ll see of him before I finish looking through the lot I thought to myself. I saw him get keys for 2 customers that were towards the back of the lot that were waiting to take test drives of 2 vehicles that were lined up by the driveway; he waved at me and went back inside to sit at his desk with another customer. Well that’s it I thought. Five minutes later!!! Here he comes. I explained that I was looking for a car for my daughter and we talked for a while. I ended up explaining that she was, for some reason, mind set on getting an older Mustang (I never did understand why??) There was nothing on the lot and he took my info and I figured that was it. Now, this is why you have to understand that this place is bigger than a corner lot used car shop. Two days later, he calls me and tells me there is a 2001 Mustang with 25,000 mile…now wait for it…at another local used car dealer!! My daughter and I met him at the other dealer and to make a little longer story shorter, a week later my daughter was driving a pristine 15 year old Mustang out of Rudy’s lot, with 2 new tires, several hoses replaced, new spark plug wires, air filter, Synthetic oil change, everything working perfectly at a price that I could not find better on any of the websites that are supposed to make us price experts. Well it’s my turn for another car early next year (tax refund time) and I will certainly let them know what I’m looking for and when I am ready to buy and I have no doubt that they will find me precisely what I’m looking for at a price that can’t be beat…it’s what they do!! I had 1,000 questions about the whole process & Rudy made sure I was 100% informed, educated, & confident in what I was signing up for. They never made me feel annoying for my lack of knowledge. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into anything, & he really went out of his way to find a bank that would work with me, given my no credit. He worked with me very closely to ensure I was comfortable with all my decisions. I've been driving my Saturn for 2 months now & it's as good as new. I bought the warranty that they offer, so I ride without worrying. They've got a lifetime customer, as far as I'm concerned. I did a lot of research before going to Harbor City and could not find any other dealership that was priced as well with as low of mileage on their vehicles.
