Mark was the salesman that helped me and I felt like I had known him my whole life by the time the transaction was over. It seems like every time we have an issue with something for some reason it is not covered even though we bought the largest warranty they had. So we will be very cautious about warranties again. Then I needed tires on my car and we thought they would have some kind of coverage since I haven't had my car that long only to be told that the tires they put on vehicles don't have warranties. They are basically just a cheap tire they put on the vehicles. We would do a lot of different things if we had it to go over again and not sure we will return to Harbin to purchase another vehicle. They use to be #1 now we can't say that. Sorry More
