Not professional I think your service center tries to pressure customers for their services that may not be necessary. I bought new tires and then I am told they nee I think your service center tries to pressure customers for their services that may not be necessary. I bought new tires and then I am told they need to see if the tires are in alignment. After an initial 2 hours wait time to put the tires on I had to come back second time because they did not have time to check the alignment the first time. Even tho I had a 3 p.m. appt. And was told it would just take an hr. So surprised was I when I was told I needed an alignment. Against my better judgement I let them do an alignment. I am not happy with their professional. More
