I like the fact that the dealership comes to pick up the car for servicing. I also appreciate the dealership loaning me a car while my own car is being serviced. I am a little confused regarding a conversation about my breaks. I was told earlier in the year that I needed to have my breaks/breakpads changed. They were at a 4. I thought they put new back breakpads on this summer. When I sent my car in for servicing recently and asked about the back breakpads, they said both were fine. They are at a 6. I want to know if they changed both breakpads out or what. That is the only question I have. Other than that, I each enjoy the service given each time they come. More

Was told i needed transmission flush and fill at 32000 miles. I told the service person to go ahead if it was due then. Great sales staff and my first experience with them was in 1966. Still great sales people but I resent being sold service I don’t need just to run up the service visit costs. More

Once my car was finished driven out to me there was radios fluid seating out from under my hood onto the front of my car. Opened the hood to find a mess of coolant on spilled all over the top of the mo radios fluid seating out from under my hood onto the front of my car. Opened the hood to find a mess of coolant on spilled all over the top of the motor. Didn’t put battery bracket back on. I didn’t notice this till I got home so I had to make another trip down to scottsboro to get it put on. I let Brandon drive my car to see if he thought my rotors were bad and when he got back my car stunk really bad as he realized I noticed the smell he explained he got on my brakes pretty hard and that’s what I was smelling. I’m not a mechanic but I do not think it is necessary to drive someone car and break that hard to make the brakes smell that bad. It seems it is always something everytime I get my car serviced there and I have just about had it with that place and may find somewhere else to take my business. I have given my business to Ford for years and this is not the way a customer should be treated. I don’t expect my car to be mistreated either. I was polite with Brandon but I was not happy about any of what happened that day. Oct 14 was my appointment date. I dropped $1,300.00 dollars that day for services done to my car and I’ll be damned if I’m going yo continue that and get treated that way again. More
