The staff is very courteous, but I feel like they no longer care after the sale. My wife found a weather stripping piece missing from the vehicle. They did give us an answer that we would have to buy the part ourselves, but it came after our three day money back guarantee was over. This was not a deal breaker, but they took almost two days to answer a question dealing with satisfaction of a customer who just spent good money on a fairly new vehicle. I also complained about the condition of the tires to no avail. With all of that being said, the staff is very courteous, and they offered to pay for a touch up on the bumper of the car because I mentioned it prior to purchase. With all of that being said, I absolutely would recommend this dealership but would encourage patrons to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and have all complaints handled before signing. More
