After 9 hours I was tired of asking for prices and service. Pick up was a horrible experience. The credit card they assigned and decided to put my bill on was a horrible experience. Was told i needed transmission flush and fill at 32000 miles. I told the service person to go ahead if it was due then. Looked at my maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual later and it said 150,000 miles. I told the service person to go ahead if it was due then. Great sales staff and my first experience with them was in 1966. Still great sales people but I resent being sold service I don’t need just to run up the service visit costs. More
I like the fact that the dealership comes to pick up the car for servicing. I also appreciate the dealership loaning me a car while my own car is being serviced. I am a little confused regarding a conversation about my breaks. I was told earlier in the year that I needed to have my breaks/breakpads changed. They were at a 4. I thought they put new back breakpads on this summer. When I sent my car in for servicing recently and asked about the back breakpads, they said both were fine. They are at a 6. I want to know if they changed both breakpads out or what. That is the only question I have. Other than that, I each enjoy the service given each time they come. More
