My wife tried to talk to a salesperson, a female who kept calling her honey. The saleslady insisted that we could not use any finance company other than Ford. Their rate is 3.8 and Avadian is 1.9. i have dealt with, and worked for the harbin's for about 48 year's they have allway's been honest, and caring people from buddy harbin on down to his son hoyt, and his grandchildren. but lately it seem's th 48 year's they have allway's been honest, and caring people from buddy harbin on down to his son hoyt, and his grandchildren. but lately it seem's that sale's and or management has slipped a little. i bought a 2018 model vehicle, for around $14,000 the price is reasonable, actually maybe a little lower than i could have got it anywhere else, but after having it about 3 day's i realized it did not have a spare tire, a spare tire lowering tool, or a jack. after numerous times of contacting them it was decided that if i wanted these items i would be responsible for them myself.since the sticker did say sold as is, i would have to agree, but when i first looked at the vehicle all items were intact.but it was about this time when the covid virus started so it was about 3 weeks before the sale was finalized and i had the down payment. which was $1200 btw. i knew to check for these items because i learned from the harbin's to check everything, weather buying or selling.and had a vehicle like this one before, and knew where they should be.would i still recommend them, yes, very highly More
