On 12/1 I was having issues with my Ford Escape and was afraid to drive it. I call the Ford dealer where I made the purchase, they couldn't give me an appointment until February 8th, I explained I was afr afraid to drive it. We had a very trying situation. We were in the middle of a long road trip when the transmission on our 2008 GMC Yukon XL went out. The news wasn't what we were hoping for on that vehicle so we bought a used 2019 Ford Expedition Max Limited off the lot. This is not usually how I'd buy a vehicle, but we really didn't have any better options at the time. The people we dealt with were very friendly and very understanding of our situation. We love our new car, it just wasn't something we had been planning on at that time. More
