Dealership personnel were not customer service oriented. While Juan the salesman was personable, he seemed inexperienced. However, the GM and finance manager were rude and condescending. The whole experience began when I found a vehicle on line and wanted to test drive it. Vehicle was stuck in a muddy area and Harbin personnel made no effort to bring it out. I had to buy tow straps so a friend and I could pull it out to test drive it. Vehicle was a decent price with low miles so I was willing to put up with the lack of professionalism and customer service. Harbin was also no help in getting financing, and when they provided the invoice, There were extra fees and a high cost warranty added that were never discussed. Finally when we painfully worked out the sale, the vehicle was dirty, and brake light and rear turn signal were burnt out. Led me to believe that absolutely no service check was done when the vehicle was traded in. More
