Had a 3:30pm appointment on Mon. 4-19-21 checked in at the desk had 1 vehicle in line in front of me . 2 other people came in 15 minutes after me one said he had a 4 pm appointment the other one have no the desk had 1 vehicle in line in front of me . 2 other people came in 15 minutes after me one said he had a 4 pm appointment the other one have no appointment . At 4:15 they pulled the 4 pm appointment into the service center and started working on it. I went to the desk to ask how long it was going to be before they got my vehicle in , i was told they were short handed and would check and see how long . They came back and said they were going to pull a tech from the other side and have him start on my truck . I left there after 5pm , i don't understand why the 4 pm was put in front of my 3:30 appointment . I have been doing business there with other trucks for a long time from oil changes , brakes , repairs , tire and etc. I am not sure if the service continues like this one that i will continue to be a customer. More
