Thanks for an outstanding car buying experience, expectations exceeded. Purchased a car on 6/31, from the first encounter with my salesman Chris Nelson, to interactions with the sales manager Nick expectations exceeded. Purchased a car on 6/31, from the first encounter with my salesman Chris Nelson, to interactions with the sales manager Nick Atchley, to the closing/financing chat with Bobby Card my car buying experience seemed fair, transparent, and professional. However, that was not the end of my interaction with this outstanding team. I realized I only had one key Fob and left without my floor mats. As a buyer, I had no leverage because all paper wad signed and the car was in my garage. I sent an email and received a call from Chris (sales rep), Nick (sales manager), and finally from Rhett Butler (General sales Manager) all within an hour. I was told to come in and pick up the second key Fob and the mats at my convenience. This is how relationships and repeat buyers are built. Thanks guys for a great experience. Robert M. Wonderful experience! My husband and I drove nearly 2 hours to look at 2 vehicles with our 5 year old and 10 month old! After test driving both, we decided on one and while we were there quite a while, t hours to look at 2 vehicles with our 5 year old and 10 month old! Anthony made sure we were comfortable finding cartoons for the kids to watch and bringing another team member to show my daughter magic tricks(she was impressed). Everyone was extremely nice and professional. We did not feel pressured but at the same time felt like they wanted our business. Customer service means a lot to us as we have left other dealerships for the lack of it. We will return! Thank you again! More
