Buyer beware! Make sure you inspect the used cars very well before you pull of the lot. They will not make anything right after that. I purchased new tires for my Escape and my Fusion. The sales man (Hayden) said it was for the alignment. The bill indicted that the customer requested this , I don't know who did that, but I was not asked nor did I approve it! I told the salesman (Hayden) this and got no response. If I had been asked, I probably would have OK'd it. When I got home there was an Email waiting for me informing me I was going to get a Rebate of 70 dollars. I am a 77 year old man and have purchased several cars and trucks from Harbin Ford over the years and the 89 dollar increase with out approval makes me wonder if II was just taken advantage of. More

I do understand that this dealership states that they are a one price dealer, and while they did come off the price li questions to my satisfaction. They left what looks like armor all over spray on my windshield, the back glass didn't look like it was touched, and I still found what looked like animal hair in the carpet.
