I spent 26k on a vehicle and I paid 828 in doc fees . I didn’t believe it was fair to charge me again so I explained how I felt . She was combative at this point and decided to put me on hold (without asking) and trans me to a manger. The manger took care of the fee and apologized for the situation. Other than that , I enjoyed my experience. Cody , my salesman was very kind . I would recommend him ! More

I tried to contact the service department for almost a week to schedule a time to get the airbag recall fixed, never talked to anyone in the service department. Left my name and number for a call back and never got a call. I went down there to schedule a time, was told to bring it in Saturday that it would take about 45 minutes for the fix. I had 2 vehicles to get fixed. I took my 2012 Silverado in first and plainly ask them to be careful with the dash (we all know the dashes are junk in these trucks),, it already had ONE small crack in it. Well about 15 minutes after they took it back it was fixed, ok cool that was quick. I noticed later that the one crack turned in to about 4 cracks very noticeable. And the broken plastic pieces were left in the glove box. I have since tried to call the service department with, yes you guessed it, no call back yet. I know there not going to fix my dash but they could have let me know that they broke it more. I have bought several vehicles from them and never had a problem with them More
