I had originally contacted the service rep (via text, fastest way to get a hold of them) to tell the mechanic to replace the transmission filter while the transmission pan was going to be dropped. The service did not get done in time and I was quoted an extra $600 dollars to drop the pan again. I immediately contacted Shannon Hammons and he spoke with the service department regarding the issue. The service department did recognized it was their fault and I was offered to have the pan dropped again. I would just need to cover the cost of the transmission filter. Mike Mayhan did go out of his way to get me up and moving again in a dealership vehicle since I was without a truck for an additional two days. Additional maintenance service were going to be performed after they completed the transmission repair. After they complete all the repairs/maintenance, I reviewed the documentation services that were performed to the truck with the manager and I notice that the only things that were charged were the transmission gasket, and transmission oil. I see nothing noting that there was a transmission filter added to the parts list. Needless to say, I do not think the transmission filter was changed. They did document all the other repairs/maintenance performed. There is clearly a communication issue at this service department that needs improvement. More
