I was there for three hours for an oil change because they didn’t have the oil filter I needed. I wouldn’t have cared to wait if I had just showed up on the spot if but they had me schedule an appointmen they didn’t have the oil filter I needed. I wish they had let me know they didn’t have the filter so I could schedule for a later time so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership when I had to be at other places while they waited for it to be delivered.
