The best thing for me was, that with this greeting, the employees did move closer to crowd or push. My dealer was the man that greeted me, Frenchy Paz. He listened to what we wanted, And made us feel as we a had a friend and ally in our endeavor. He took the time to answer all our questions and in the end even took the time to make sure we were knowledgeable about all the vehicle features. Never pushy. I always felt like he was there,just for me. My experience was awesome. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. Friendly, hometown! More

Michael Curry, the Finance Manager was very fast, efficient and courteous. We have had a bad experience with another Ford dealer and wasn't happy with the outcome. Bought two new cars because of customer/ fiance experience After my wifes INCREDIABLE experience with Anthony when she bought her nre explorer..i thought why not? so i took my 3 yr old truck in to Anthoney to After my wifes INCREDIABLE experience with Anthony when she bought her nre explorer..i thought why not? so i took my 3 yr old truck in to Anthoney to seeif i could get a newer model...i was set on a Tahoe or Truck ..when i spotted a brand new Black SS..i couldnt beleive my eyes! i told Anthoney, now thats the car for me! ...He and Richatd Edmondson went to work right then... they worked so hard to allow me to get the car of my dreams!...and later that day, i drove off in my new SS! the reason I returned to Harbin is because of the Customer Service my wife received..Cant say enough about this two men.. MAGIC On any day you can watch at least five automotive commercials on television but there was something abut Habrin Ford's commercial that caught my eye. On any day you can watch at least five automotive commercials on television but there was something abut Habrin Ford's commercial that caught my eye. My husband and I traveled to Scottsboro yesterday from Huntsville, AL to look at a 2015 Ford F250. We knew we would probably go back to Huntsville without purchasing the vehicle but Harbin's commercial had our curiosity. We no sooner pulled up and was greeted with a friendly smile owned by Mr. Frenchy Paz. Frenchy showed us the F-250 we were interested in and answered all the questions we had. We then were introduced to Win Harbin who was extremely friendly and is a HUGE Roll Tide fan! Then the icing on the cake was meeting Michael Curry, the Finance Manager who not only made our deal work but had the best personality I ever met from anyone in Alabama as of yet and we drove home our new F-250! (Make sure you visit Michael Curry's "conversational piece" that's on his desk) I will NEVER go anywhere else to purchase any vehicle and I will definitely send everyone I know to Harbin Ford Lincoln Mercury. Excellent service, excellent price, excellent quality of work...just an excellent overall experience. You won't find a better dealership!! More
