Wonderful people! I recently purchased a new 2015 Ford Escape from Harbin. I can't say enough about the time and effort Mr. Paz put into helping make this an easy situa I recently purchased a new 2015 Ford Escape from Harbin. I can't say enough about the time and effort Mr. Paz put into helping make this an easy situation. For a week Mr. Paz walked the lot with me, (in the cold) to help find the right vehicle for my family. From the moment he introduced himself he made the experience easy and effortless on my part. It was wonderful to just have a genuinely nice person to talk to throughout the purchase. During the signing portion Mr.Paz and Mr.Curry prepared the paperwork before hand so when my wife and I arrived it literally took ten minutes and we were handed the keys to our new car. As we were in Mr.Currys' office, Mr. Curry welcomed us and spoke very plainly and politely about each specific part of he process. Instead of it ending there, Mr.Paz spent about fourty minutes going over every single detail of the car with my wife. From adjusting mirrors,to syncing here phone to the car. He even opened the hood to show her the new engine. We were more than money to them. We live in Scottsboro. It was a local company helping a local family. I will recommend Harbin motor company, and Mr. Paz to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
