Oil Change & Service Took my new car in for service and car wash; have taken my vehicles to Quick Lane for years. However, this time I was disappointed. Vehicle service itself was performed but when I saw the assistant technician dirty and greasy sit in my vehicle to drive it out bothered me. He moved it out and parked it. After 15 minutes sitting outside I asked how long it would take to get the car washed. Attended stated 6 to 10 minutes; assistant technician misread ticket. When the car was pulled out of the car wash and parked as I entered the vehicle I was surprised the driver seat was still clean. However, the center counsel had grease on it. Not good! Service Attendants are always friendly - no problem their! More

So far so good with all my experiences wtih Hargin Ford I have not any issues with the service department or any other issues with this dealership since I bought the first ford I have ever owned. So this visit was fix, service, trade or consider with Lemon Law Proceeding. My wife travels in business, out of town over 650 weekly. Dependably over mileage is required. The A/C was not working in the car, and needed repair. It was negotiated into the deal that the A/C would be repaired. A few months down the road, the A/C stops working yet again, so after some time I bring it back to Harbin. I was going to be charged $1,263 to make repairs that should have been done before I picked the car up. I said I would pass on that, paid the $99 inspection fee and left. Found a local mechanic who could do it for over $400 less and in half the time. More
