The A/C was not working in the car, and needed repair. It was negotiated into the deal that the A/C would be repaired. A few months down the road, the A/C stops working yet again, so after some time I bring it back to Harbin. I was going to be charged $1,263 to make repairs that should have been done before I picked the car up. I said I would pass on that, paid the $99 inspection fee and left. Found a local mechanic who could do it for over $400 less and in half the time. More

brake issues with my purchase certified vehicle After buying my certified F150 I noticed the front brake rotors were warped causing the stering wheel to shake when I applied the brakes. I called my sales representative and he got me an approval to bring the truck back for the brakes to be repaired. All went well and the brakes are working smoothly with no known issues.
