Don't go if you are in a hurry!! I went for a standard oil change and tire rotation. There was only one vehicle ahead of me in line and I waited almost 2 hours to get the service I ne I went for a standard oil change and tire rotation. There was only one vehicle ahead of me in line and I waited almost 2 hours to get the service I needed. I usually go to Gentry's Chevrolet in Kimball, Tn and have never waited that long. Not to mention that the EXACT SAME SERVICE is over 20 dollars cheaper there. More

Oil Change & Service Took my new car in for service and car wash; have taken my vehicles to Quick Lane for years. However, this time I was disappointed. Vehicle service it Took my new car in for service and car wash; have taken my vehicles to Quick Lane for years. However, this time I was disappointed. Vehicle service itself was performed but when I saw the assistant technician dirty and greasy sit in my vehicle to drive it out bothered me. He moved it out and parked it. After 15 minutes sitting outside I asked how long it would take to get the car washed. Attended stated 6 to 10 minutes; assistant technician misread ticket. When the car was pulled out of the car wash and parked as I entered the vehicle I was surprised the driver seat was still clean. However, the center counsel had grease on it. Not good! Service Attendants are always friendly - no problem their! More

So far so good with all my experiences wtih Hargin Ford I have not any issues with the service department or any other issues with this dealership since I bought the first ford I have ever owned.
