wait time when we arrived to get an oil change & tire rotation , we were 4th in line for this visit. My question is why were other cars pulled ahead of the 4 of when we arrived to get an oil change & tire rotation , we were 4th in line for this visit. My question is why were other cars pulled ahead of the 4 of us that were already in line & scheduled for service., after vehicle was finally pulled into the bay it was ready in 30 minutes. After the 3.5 hour wait, still just trying to figure out how I can move ahead of others waiting for service on future visits. Will always continue to use quick lane service just wanting to know why all other vehicles went for service before the 3 & mine being the only 4 in line when service was scheduled. I'm not angry at anyone at quick lane just wanting to know how all other vehicles were moved in before the only 4 that was in line & scheduled. More

Harbin service what they sell. I recently purchased another new King Ranch from Harbin. Over the past 10 years we have come to trust Harbin with not only our new vehicle purchases b I recently purchased another new King Ranch from Harbin. Over the past 10 years we have come to trust Harbin with not only our new vehicle purchases but the entire maintenance program for our fleet. We operate F150 to F550 and Chevy 3500’s. The service department gets us in and out and tracks each vehicle’s maintenance history. Since choosing to consolidate our maintenance about 6 years ago we have had almost zero down time with vehicles as our trucks travel interstate extensively. You can purchase a vehicle from anybody but are they there when you need service? Harbin’s service department is always ready to support their customers. More
