Went in for engine light and oil change I went in for routine oil change , first one since I bought my vehicle and the engine light was on also so had to have it checked out. I was at harbin 3 different times for clutches an Geoff the service manager kept giving me the run around if Ford Thank god For extended my warranty. Geoff to the rescue! I had a blow out in Huntsville and had to drive all the way back to Stevenson Alabama by myself on a donut tire. I called Geoff at Harbin to see if th I had a blow out in Huntsville and had to drive all the way back to Stevenson Alabama by myself on a donut tire. I called Geoff at Harbin to see if they had any of my size tires in stock and he said that if they didn't he would pull a brand new car in and take a tire off of it just so I wouldn't have to continue the drive home on a donut. Sure enough, he did just that! I was so appreciative of his help and glad that they are always there if I need them. More
