Oil Change My wife took the car that we purchased from Harbin Ford in for an oil change yesterday. She waited over 2 hours. Then she was told that the oil plug My wife took the car that we purchased from Harbin Ford in for an oil change yesterday. She waited over 2 hours. Then she was told that the oil plug had been stripped and it needed to be replaced. We were charged $38 for an oil plug plus a $6 fee for it to be delivered from the parts department. This is ridiculous! We have never taken the car anywhere else to get the oil changed... therefore the machanics at harbin are the only ones that have touched the oil plug. Don't you think that it should be a common courtesy to replace a part like an oil plug?! Those oil plugs get stripped if the machanic is in a rush or over tightens it. The fault is with the machanic. We should not have been charged for a part that you get in bulk and get for pennies I'm sure. We may be looking elsewhere for our oil services. I'm very disappointed. More
