Routine maintenance okay... BUT I took my vehicle in for three things, routine oil change/maint, slight anti-freeze smell and WASH. Maintenance was performed okay. They kept vehicle for two days testing cooling system but could not find leak. That is understandable because tiny leaks can be a pain to locate. HOWEVER... I paid my bill and walked outside to the vehicle and it HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS REQUESTED. They had it TWO DAYS and could not find the time to wash it? After my blood pressure dropped back down a bit, I checked the invoice... at least they did not charge me for the NON WASH. I suppose I will just wash it myself... I do a better job of it anyway... More
2 hrs 39 minutes for an oil change. The above paragraph explains it all. I was the 4-5 person in line and there were 4 vehicles on the racks. So nine people in 2 hrs and 39 minutes. They worked hard on my intermittent issue Have been worried about a coolant leak in my Chevy 2500HD. I popped in without an appointment and they squeezed me in did a pressure test but couldn' Have been worried about a coolant leak in my Chevy 2500HD. I popped in without an appointment and they squeezed me in did a pressure test but couldn't find it but recommended a plan to eventually find the issue and helped explain what might be happening in english. While there they also were able to change the oil and rotate the tires. They also gave me a ride to my home office and back, which was very nice. More
Frustrating, Misunderstanding but good out come We purchase a car from Harbin Ford it was not afford it was a Nissan after driving it and owning it two days later I realized I had a drip figured tha We purchase a car from Harbin Ford it was not afford it was a Nissan after driving it and owning it two days later I realized I had a drip figured that it was probably just the air conditioner because you know I don't know much about cars after a few days my break started acting weird my husband hit a pothole and the brakes went out completely it was very scary we took it down to the service center it turns out that there was a whole lot wrong that should have been called before we even bought the car luckily we had a warranty that paid for everything but we did have to pay a deductible on coming to get the car from the service center there was a huge Ruckus going on in the office everyone was very distraught I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day or what but it seemed like the communication was not good so we were told we can have her car we left we were not gone five minutes when we were called told that they released her heart and everything wasn't done yet to come back and they would give us a rental car which we are very thankful for that they were able to provide for us a car but still it seemed like it wasn't very put together the office I mean so this was on Friday we did not get our car back until Monday we still had to pay a deductible and I guess I just feel frustrated that this was not called before the car was sold More
