Don't pay to have it washed. I always feel as if I am being treated ok, but when I pay extra to have my car washed for my wedding and come to pick it up and it still has little de I always feel as if I am being treated ok, but when I pay extra to have my car washed for my wedding and come to pick it up and it still has little dead bugs all over the front and side mirrors, dirt under the handles and was obviously not washed, it really hurts my feelings, so I ask to have the money credited to my name and I'll go wash it myself, even if I'm not physically able to to so. Great service dept ...just way too slow this time Dropped off truck at 11:45 walked to grab lunch and returned and truck hadn't been moved. Took almost 2 hours for oil change. This is a bad bad time to ask my opinion of your service. I bought my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently while filling the oil one of the technicians let a large chunk of metal fall in I bought my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently while filling the oil one of the technicians let a large chunk of metal fall into the oil fill tube. I'm not sure if they were aware of this at the time or maybe it became apparent after they tried to start the engine. In any case when I returned to pick up the car I was told it would require some extensive work....replacing the head and some other stuff. I suspect the chunk of metal did some damage internally to the engine. Your employee, Jeff and Chad, I think, were very apologetic and had a loaner vehicle ready for me to use and explained that it would be a few days before my Escape would be repaired as parts were on order, etc. I was treated well and have nothing but good things to say about the two fellows who I interfaced with. I have used Harbin for my routine maintenance of all my vehicle for many years and was surprised at this turn of events. I understand "stuff happens", and I'm confident this will sort itself out eventually, at no cost to me. More

Routine maintenance okay... BUT I took my vehicle in for three things, routine oil change/maint, slight anti-freeze smell and WASH. Maintenance was performed okay. They kept vehicle I took my vehicle in for three things, routine oil change/maint, slight anti-freeze smell and WASH. Maintenance was performed okay. They kept vehicle for two days testing cooling system but could not find leak. That is understandable because tiny leaks can be a pain to locate. HOWEVER... I paid my bill and walked outside to the vehicle and it HAD NOT BEEN WASHED AS REQUESTED. They had it TWO DAYS and could not find the time to wash it? After my blood pressure dropped back down a bit, I checked the invoice... at least they did not charge me for the NON WASH. I suppose I will just wash it myself... I do a better job of it anyway... More
