Great job! My daughter was starting nursing school and we wanted to get her set with a good car that would last through her time there. She had been driving the same car since turning 16 and it was time for an upgrade. We had some specific questions that the service manager answered patiently. Our purchased car had a recall so we would not be getting it until the following day. When the recall was being performed they realized the brakes and tires were bad. Harbin replaced these both at no cost to us because, in their words, "I would not let my daughter drive this off the lot so we won't let yours." Awesome job Harbin! My daughter is now driving the car and is in love! We will absolutely be shopping with Win Harbin again. More

Don't pay to have it washed. I always feel as if I am being treated ok, but when I pay extra to have my car washed for my wedding and come to pick it up and it still has little de I always feel as if I am being treated ok, but when I pay extra to have my car washed for my wedding and come to pick it up and it still has little dead bugs all over the front and side mirrors, dirt under the handles and was obviously not washed, it really hurts my feelings, so I ask to have the money credited to my name and I'll go wash it myself, even if I'm not physically able to to so. This is a bad bad time to ask my opinion of your service. I bought my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently while filling the oil one of the technicians let a large chunk of metal fall in I bought my Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently while filling the oil one of the technicians let a large chunk of metal fall into the oil fill tube. I'm not sure if they were aware of this at the time or maybe it became apparent after they tried to start the engine. In any case when I returned to pick up the car I was told it would require some extensive work....replacing the head and some other stuff. I suspect the chunk of metal did some damage internally to the engine. Your employee, Jeff and Chad, I think, were very apologetic and had a loaner vehicle ready for me to use and explained that it would be a few days before my Escape would be repaired as parts were on order, etc. I was treated well and have nothing but good things to say about the two fellows who I interfaced with. I have used Harbin for my routine maintenance of all my vehicle for many years and was surprised at this turn of events. I understand "stuff happens", and I'm confident this will sort itself out eventually, at no cost to me. More
