Upset Been there 5 different times. All for transmission related issues. I've had 2 clutches and numerous reprogrammings. 2 hour drive both ways. Waited hou Been there 5 different times. Now for a car i paid 23k for and have had nothing but problems with this transmission for a year and 5 months. I've gotta start paying full price for clutches. They get your money. More

Thr service manager, jeff, is very rude. They put my brake pad on backwards, had metal on metal. Their tow truck driver found the mistake, so we took pictures. I believe that I am not stupid, I tried to show him the pictures and he escorted me out of th service department. This all started from a oil change and a tire rotation, ended up a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. My fusion is a 2016 with 21,000 miles on it. I would not take my bicycle to them again for service. SO IF You like your car please take it somewhere else to be service. By the way my son spoke to the GM who spoke to him like crap, guess what the two are brothers, I found out from another dealership. More
