Upset Been there 5 different times. All for transmission related issues. I've had 2 clutches and numerous reprogrammings. 2 hour drive both ways. Waited hou Been there 5 different times. All for transmission related issues. I've had 2 clutches and numerous reprogrammings. 2 hour drive both ways. Waited hours and hours. And found out at 100k I gotta pay $1200 for a few clutch. Now for a car i paid 23k for and have had nothing but problems with this transmission for a year and 5 months. I've gotta start paying full price for clutches. They get your money. More

Worth the extra mile Purchase decision was made prior to going to the dealership. Since we lived out of town, several personnel stayed after normal business hours and on Purchase decision was made prior to going to the dealership. Thr service manager, jeff, is very rude. They put my brake pad on backwards, had metal on metal. Their tow truck driver found the mistake, so we took pictures. I believe that I am not stupid, I tried to show him the pictures and he escorted me out of th service department. This all started from a oil change and a tire rotation, ended up a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. My fusion is a 2016 with 21,000 miles on it. I would not take my bicycle to them again for service. SO IF You like your car please take it somewhere else to be service. By the way my son spoke to the GM who spoke to him like crap, guess what the two are brothers, I found out from another dealership. More

20000 mile checkup I arrived around 8:30 and my auto was taken to the service area quickly and all of the recommended service was completed in reasonable time. Great job! My daughter was starting nursing school and we wanted to get her set with a good car that would last through her time there. She had been driving the same car since turning 16 and it was time for an upgrade. We had some specific questions that the service manager answered patiently. Our purchased car had a recall so we would not be getting it until the following day. When the recall was being performed they realized the brakes and tires were bad. Harbin replaced these both at no cost to us because, in their words, "I would not let my daughter drive this off the lot so we won't let yours." Awesome job Harbin! My daughter is now driving the car and is in love! We will absolutely be shopping with Win Harbin again. More
