Hard to get in touch with. Not really happy with the service department. I had to bring my car in 3 or 4 times within a 2 week period of purchasing it. The service department is Not really happy with the service department. I had to bring my car in 3 or 4 times within a 2 week period of purchasing it. The service department is hard to get in touch with and they don't call you back or let you know what is going on with your car. I realize they are busy, but the least they could do is return a phone call. They said they couldn't find where the rattle in the front end was coming from after having it nearly 2 days. They said the seat belt not retracting wasn't covered under warranty. It should be that's a safety issue. And whoever drove it connected their phone to my radio. Not sure if it was accidental or what but they don't need the radio to listen for a rattle in the front end. And I know I turned off the radio when I dropped the car off. I like the salesmen there at Harbin, the service department needs help. They don't return calls, and they kind of gave up on finding the noise, even though I told them what I had heard it might be by a ford mechanic in Huntsville, I honestly don't think they checked what I asked them to. I will not be bringing my car back for service there, I will take it to a dealership in Huntsville, I am tired of having to bring it up to Scottsboro, I have put a 1,000 miles on my car in the 2.5 weeks I have owned it partly due to having to come up to Harbin so much for them to not find a solution. He really listened to my concerns and options and helped me find the right deal for me personally. Once the paper work was signed it was not see you later, thanks for your money. He came to the car with me, downloaded the needed app to my phone for the tech stuff I needed then proceeded to show me how everything worked, sometimes he had to show me twice. Again, very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend This dealership. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Salespeople are great service lady not so much. I bought my 2013 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback on Friday, June 30th. It's had a little creaking noise. I took it in Saturday July 1st. It was fixed. Well I was driving yesterday and noticed it again. So I came up here from Huntsville to get it checked out. I went to the service lady and she says "I thought we just did that" I literally almost grabbed my keys and left. It's very unprofessional and rude. I think after this I will not be using Harbin Ford Service department. I liked the sales people here. They are nice and friendly. And very help. Service department not so much. Also when I came Saturday I called a head was told to come on. Came to the service department lady said come back Monday to see about an alignment. I didn't need an alignment. I wasn't going to argue with her so I went to go talk to my salesman Craig Davis. And he was with a customer and literally stopped what he was doing to help me. One of the other salesman told him that they'd help me. Very impressed. Craig Davis and Bobby Carr are great people to deal with. Gave me a better deal on my trade. But I just don't like how I was treated at the service department More
