Fixed one thing, messed other things up. When I took my car in, it needed a new cpu..they fixed that but then my Bluetooth and my USB ports and my cigarette lighter no longer works. Bad Communication I waiting in the dealer side waiting area for over two hours for an oil change. Finally I walk back over to the service area only to find out that my I waiting in the dealer side waiting area for over two hours for an oil change. Finally I walk back over to the service area only to find out that my truck had been ready for over an hour but that they only called people that were in the service area waiting area. Why in the world would you not announce that some ones vehicle is ready in the dealer side waiting area. I may start going to the Fort Payne dealership in the future for my maintenance if you can't do better than this. More

I bought a 2020 fiesta for $23,000 witch I upgraded to the premium warranty . I originally just wanted a good used car but it didn’t take them long to push me towards a new fiesta. They also had the retail price down to $14,500 but then when I go to sign the papers, the sales price was up to $19,000 and I was told that that was because they got me a good apr of 1.99% so I couldn’t get the rebates and the good apr, it was one or the other. They were all real nice but with that being said, when people want to screw u over their not gonna sit there and be mean or nasty to you ,their gonna be as nice as possible .
