Loyal Customer Disappointed in Customer Serivce My 2018 Ford Edge(under warrenty) needed a new engine. I was told it would be at least 2 weeks before the engine would be delivered. My SUV was at Ha My 2018 Ford Edge(under warrenty) needed a new engine. I was told it would be at least 2 weeks before the engine would be delivered. My SUV was at Harbin's for 18 days and no courtesy car was given to me. I called multiple times only to be told that maybe a car would be available the next day. On day 18 I was told they could not provide me with a courtesy car. My husband called Gilbert-Baugh Ford in Guntersville and explained the situation. After a 5 minute phone call, a new Ford Ranger was ready for us to pick up at our convience. We kept Gilbert-Baugh's truck for 10 more days until my SUV 's engine was delivered to Harbin. I was very disappointed that a loyal customer of Harbin and Quick Lane (for over 20 years) was treated this way! More
