I wanted to like my Harbin experience. I purchased a 2014 Mustang in September from Harbin that I was led to believe was in "excellent" condition. After purchase it was discovered that a) t I purchased a 2014 Mustang in September from Harbin that I was led to believe was in "excellent" condition. After purchase it was discovered that a) the car had not had an oil change prior to sale, b) the wiper fluid reservoir had a hole in it, c) the master head AV/AV unit is failing and d) one of the headlight housings needs to be replace. Granted this was purchased AS/IS and I should have looked closer at these items. Harbin agreed to replace the reservoir and the do a recall on an airbag and an appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Upon arrival, the service department advised that they did not have the airbag and that they were unaware of the reservoir replacement. We eventually worked all this out but it took 3 hours to get it resolved. The people we worked with were all very nice and helpful, but the communication issues and the additional issues with the car are disappointing. I will find it difficult to return to this dealer in the future. More
