As I waited in the dealership ( rain) I was told I had to leave or the woman sales manager said she was calling the police!!! What??? I was mortified! They gladly took my money but refused to let me wait for the vehicle to be inspected. The service department couldn't believe it as well! 5/28/19. I would NEVER do business there. Not customer friendly at all! More

The BEST experience I've EVER HAD! I came in there not sure if I was able to walk out with a new car. I liked the atmosphere of the dealership. I was sitting down for maybe a total of 2 I came in there not sure if I was able to walk out with a new car. I liked the atmosphere of the dealership. I was sitting down for maybe a total of 20-30 mins and I heard 2 customers ring a bell. Which I've never saw before, I assumed they just bought a new car. I like that the customers get to ring the bell and not the sales rep even though they work hard to sell it the buyer should feel rewarding feeling too! My rep was Courtney, I really liked Courtney he made me feel very welcome and that I was in good hands. He made sure to help me look for what I needed and what I could afford. While I got to a point that I was given up hope he didn't. Courtney did what he could to make sure I walked out of there with what I needed. I was on awe when he came back saying I was approved with a rate I could afford. After that it was my time to ring the bell! Lol I appreciate Courtney and everything him and HIS TEAM did for me so I could be a new car owner! Thank you Courtney and Happy Hyundai! More
