Eric had already gotten my approval beforehand, but the bottom line was still not acceptable. Rather than saying well, sorry we can't help you, he and his magical finance manager waved their magic wands and made me a deal that was beyond my expxectations. My daughter, who is usually the one no one can satisfy was equally impressed. Hopefully they read this review as I want them to know how grateful I am for what they did for me today and I would definitely recommend HAPPY HYUNDAI to anyone looking to purchase a car, new or used. By the way I came out with a 2011 Hyudia Elantra! More

I would avoid this dealership if you're in need of vehicle service. I asked Katie if their guys torque the lugs with an air wrench or your typical torque wrench - she did not know but she still said vehicle service. I called and spoke to my salesmen and he went to check - he comes back and says they use a air wrench/torque wrench. I am a big guy and still cannot get these da*m things off. I also just discovered a new scratch on my front bumper - I discovered this a couple days after having it in - I am the only one that drives the car - I know what I hit (NOTHING!). I have also heard from family members (whom have recommended me to this dealership) - they have recently had issues with the woman in the service area - KATIE. Whenever I have to deal with her - I know it's going to be a long day. Until they remove her from this dealership, I am going to avoid dealing with this place. I will travel to get good service. More

Cathy and the other two people who helped me, Nick and Randy, were knowledgeable, helpful, honest and friendly. They helped me find a good vehicle that met my needs and my budget. I particularly like that the car I bought is certified. They also had a nice selection of vehicles on the lot. Like the other review, I had the same experience with 6 Hyundai dealers. All of them were about as helpful as talking to first graders and could never give me an honest and straight answer about inventory Hyundai dealers. It took me over two weeks to get an answer from the other dealers. I wound up calling Happy Hyundai last because they were almost 2 hours away from me and the name of the dealer just sounded like it was a setup. I know this is cheesy but their name is obviously the owners mission statement for the place. I talked with a salesman on the phone, named Victor for 45 minutes. He told me every dealer in the midwest that had the specific car I wanted. He had one car that had more features but never pushed me into it. He just wanted to help me find what I wanted. His level of service and honesty was what made me buy that car he had from him. He earned my trust and respect and I was willing to pay a bit more for the car from Happy Hyundai out of principle. No BS, just honesty. He put together the deal on the phone, worked after hours from home to answer questions, and had info faxed to my bank. When I came in everything was done, quickly. The owner came up and was polite, the finance manager was a character and super nice, and the closer who went over all the features of the vehicle was a car nut, all of these people were into and liked their jobs and focused on customer service. And not only were good at their jobs but knowledgeable. Driving 2 hours was worth it, one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More
