This is my third new Hyundai and Ken was my sales I recently purchased a 2014 Azera, by utilizing the expert knowledge of Ken Laing at Happy Hyundai. This is my third new Hyundai and Ken was my sales rep for the last 2 vehicles. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get the best service and are well satisfied. He was extremely helpful in my vehicle selection and worked with finance to secure credit approval prior to my arrival, so I wouldn't have to spend hours waiting in the dealership. Ken is the epitome of great customer service. While I was there i recieved the best customer service. Everyone I came across was extremely helpful and pleasent to be around. I had my 9 year old daughter with me. We were there for a good portion of the day. They are very kid friendly. They even bought my daughter lunch because she was complaining about being hungry. After the purchase went through they let her ring the bell. She is still telling everyone about it. More
Big Disappointment Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I saw a car online, and had called to verify it was there and let a salesperson know I was driving down Disappointed in the lack of customer service. I saw a car online, and had called to verify it was there and let a salesperson know I was driving down from far away (Wauconda is 52 miles from Oak Lawn) to come look at this one particular car. i left my name and phone number and said I was headed that way. Sometime between this phone call at 5:30p and when I finally arrived at 7:30p, the car had sold. I asked why the salesperson had not called to update me seeing as how I was very specific about the LONG drive I was making to see this car in particular..... no one could give an answer aside from the fact that the car had "just sold". What a waste of time... you figure they'd at least try and diffuse my justified anger at the situation, by offering to show me something in a similar price range, or try to make a dal to save the day.... nope. They didn't seem put off 1 bit that they just wasted my time, gas, and frustrated the heck out of me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN QUITE SOME TIME. Do yourself a favor and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Addi Hello, I went to Happy Hyundai in Oak Lawn last week with a broken clutch. The service department charged me $800 for inspection of the issue. Additionally, I was told that total for the repairs that were listed by the service department will cost us over $5,000. We declined the service and went to a mechanic that we trust. After our visit to a repair shop we were charged a total price for the repairs of $700 (yes $700 not $5,000!). The car is now fixed and the mechanic told us that all the parts that were supposed get fixed at the dealership are in excellent state and do not need repairs. More
