Hi there fmDavis. I'm really sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us and that you feel the way you do. I'd like to see what I can do to help out, but I'm not exactly sure where things went wrong. We worked with you on the price and got you the deal you were comfortable with, and you inspected the vehicle personally. To say that we somehow tried to hide the damage from you because the door or the trunk were open is a bit absurd. I would assume that you opened and closed the trunk to ensure it worked properly as part of your inspection the way anyone would, it's also safe to say you saw the drivers door multiple times between seeing the car, test driving the car, and purchasing the car, each time opening and closing the door. If something is not right with the brakes or tires I'd be happy to have you bring the car in so we can take a look at it and see what we can do to help. We aren't crooked in any way, used cars are purchased AS IS from our dealership the same way they are at every other car dealership.
