Initially they promised me Hyundai SEL price is $ 15231.Also they have admitted that appointment bonus of $250 and in house negotiation will be there.But after visiting their showroom surprisingly Sales professional named "Ahmad Samra" (not at all behaved like professional ) told me that internet price vehicle got sold out and they have new rate from that minute onward apparently they have added so many taxes and other costs they shown me price like $ 18553(where is $15231,what happen my appointment bonus of $250 and what happen in house negotiation) They literately said to me that " if you want buy with that revised price buy otherwise you can leave" by showing a way to me outside.and very big Bye from his manager or boss. I really didnt expect this wrost and rude with that sales people. I have provided my document im really wondering and scaring what they will do with that. I strictly not recommend this place. I dont want any explanation by internet sales team after reading my review. I have changed my opinion about Hyundai because of this instance More

The staff was friendly pre-purchase, but were completely different after the sale was made. I came in looking to trade my truck for a vehicle I saw online. When I inspected the car, the tires were shiny and the trunk and front door were open - keep this in mind. The CarFax also said no damage, no accidents. The vehicle they were selling was listed at $10,200 but after the test drive they added about $4,000 worth of fees, services, and packages, including a $2,000 "Happy Hyundai" package. On the appraisal for my truck --a perfect-shape 2013 fully-loaded 4x4 with 50K miles and religious maintenance-- I was lowballed $4,000 less than the bluebook value of a trade in. The negotiating process was vigorous and exhausting, but we finally got to a number that I was okay with. This ultimately lead to the elimination of the $4,000 crap packages the salesman insisted were "mandatory." After I signed the papework and had the car pulled around, I noticed there was a giant gouge in the trunk that was beginning to rust -- keep in mind the trunk was conveniently open when I was doing the inspection. The salesman gave me some coverup paint and said they'd take a better look tomorrow because they were closing. The next morning I noticed that not only was the trunk rusting, but there was a giant rusting scrape underneath the driver side door, which was also conveniently blocked when I inspected the vehicle initially. Before calling the dealership I had a mechanic inspect the vehicle -- the tires needed to be replaced ASAP and the brakes were at 4mm. I called several times asking what they can do for me but I was passed off multiple times and left several messages. When I finally got a hold of someone --the original salesman-- he said "it's a used car, man." The dealership did not do anything to offset my costs or accommodate me for damage to the vehicle, despite having a Carfax that listed no damage and no accidents to the vehicle. Overall a poor and dishonest experience. Would not recommend at all. More

Follow through is not good. Make sure you get what you need before you leave, because otherwise you won't get it. I was promised mats for my car and still haven't gotten them. Also, my Mom was suppose to get a referral check in 5-7 days and still nothing. Chris in sales was our man but why do I have to keep chasing what was promised. If I give my word I keep it, why isn't that enough in today's world? More
