While we're disappointed to learn that we didn't meet your expectations, we'd like to be able to look up your repair order to go over it and would love to try to turn things around and make sure the same thing doesn't continue to happen. If you don't mind, reaching out so we can review the mechanic's notes and recommendations. The last thing we want to do is charge a diagnostic if it was the wrong diagnosis.
