Cody was an incredible service writer. He was honest and quick to keep us up to date with the diagnosis and repairs. He saved us $4000 from the bid another dealer gave us for the repair! One time, they did get the oil plug on right and I dribbled oil on my driveway. Another time, they didn't get the wiring harness on the alternator correctly and our car died coming back from Logan and dribbled oil on my driveway.
