We were stuck at the top of Hidden Lake parking by lot with a disabled rent a car. No one wanted to tow a replacement car and tow the disabled car down the mountain. The Hansen driver was the only driv with a disabled rent a car. No one wanted to tow a replacement car and tow the disabled car down the mountain. The Hansen driver was the only driver that wanted to help us.He was very accommodating and professional. If it wasn’t for him we would still be there. He even took the time to show us how to use the electronics on the Mercedes replacement vehicle! We are not Mercedes people. Thanks again and call Hansen for towing or buying a new car More
