Jeff Nelson was our sales person and he was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding the process of ordering our new truck! We ordered the truck in April 2022 & at the time we discussed o pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding the process of ordering our new truck! We ordered the truck in April 2022 & at the time we discussed our purchase with Jeff he definitely made it VERY clear to us that it was going to take a while for it to be accepted and built by the manufacturing company due to COVID-19 supply related issues, we of course understood. However the truck was actually built and delivered before the ETA date and was ready for pickup!! My husband and I are just so very happy about the entire experience from start to end with Hansen Motor Company in Brigham City UT & we absolutely LOVE our brand new truck!! THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR AMAZING WORK AND OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
