I was made to feel like an annoyance when I need d my car fixed. Brand new car keeps having issues and warning lights. Cody doesn’t listen to me. They looked at the wrong things cuz he didn’t even listen. fixed. Brand new car keeps having issues and warning lights. Cody doesn’t listen to me. They looked at the wrong things cuz he didn’t even listen. He seemed so annoyed and put out that I would dare have a warning light come on and bother him. I have always loved Hansens but I won’t be back to a service dept that doesn’t know how to serve without making the customer feel bad. I tried talking to Jon about it and he said Cody was tired. He didn’t care either. I grew up next to the Hansens and I know KV and Byron wouldn’t have wanted their customers to feel undervalued! More
